NOVA station intelligence
Every litre, every rupee and every customer account in one place — and NOVA on top of it, answering from the figures your own outlet has already recorded.
Illustrative product film. NOVA appears above a forecourt as the station becomes connected.
The live demo
This is the working dashboard, captured today — not a concept render.
The whole forecourt
Six screens that cover a pump's paperwork from the moment a driver fills up to the month the money lands. Nothing about your outlet is written into the software.
You know every customer by name and still lose an afternoon a month to the credit register. Start here.
One login, separate books. Staff at one outlet cannot see the other's clients or takings.
Bring your client master and ledger history with you. Bad rows are quarantined, not silently fixed.
NOVA station intelligence
NOVA sits on top of the figures your own pump has already recorded — sales, stock, settlements, shifts, the credit book — and answers in plain English, Hindi or Hinglish. It is not a chatbot bolted to a help page. It reads your outlet.
Every answer is computed from rows in your own books before a word of it is written. If the number is not in your outlet, NOVA does not have it.
English, Hindi, or the Hinglish people actually speak at a pump. Ask by voice if your hands are busy.
NOVA can tell you a customer is 28 days overdue. It cannot raise a bill, take a payment or move a rupee. Your books stay yours to change.
The screens
These are captures of the working demo, not renders. Open it yourself and the same figures are there.
Hover or tab through the stack.
Every field is checked as it is typed, and the message says what is wrong and what to do — not "invalid input".
Pick a client, set the period, tick the indents. If any line falls outside the period the bill is blocked and the offending dates are named.
Balances are computed from unpaid bills, never stored separately, so the credit book and the bill record cannot disagree.
Money posts against the oldest unpaid bill first, so what is actually overdue stays visible instead of being masked.
Your monthly rate and grace period, set once, applied everywhere — on screen and on the printed clause.
Every tank shows its level, its days of cover at the current draw, and which one runs out first. Shift reconciliation compares book stock against the actual dip and flags anything past tolerance.
Turnover flatters a fuel business. Petro AI reports commission earned against what it costs to run, then tells you the litres you must sell each month to break even.
You should never have to take the software's word for it.
Who changed what, when, and what it was before. Financial records are never hard-deleted.
Separation is enforced at the database, not hidden in the interface. Staff see one outlet only.
Amounts are held as whole paise and volumes as whole millilitres. No rounding drift, ever.
Export clients, bills, ledgers and PDFs whenever you want — including after you cancel.
Published so you can see what is finished and what is not before you commit a month of your books to it.
Record what a customer pays and have it settle against the oldest unpaid bill automatically, so what is genuinely overdue stays visible instead of being masked by a recent payment.
Count the drawer, read the nozzles, dip the tanks — and see in one place whether the three agree. Cash, UPI, card and credit split per shift, with the opening reading carried over from the last close so it cannot drift.
Expenses, tank dips, purchases and decanting, licence renewals, and staff logins with their own permissions. The everyday entries that turn a new account into a complete set of books.
Rates change at six in the morning, and the stock already in your tanks was bought at yesterday's price. A two rupee rise on twenty thousand litres held is forty thousand rupees. We will show you that number on every revision, up or down.
Tax invoices with HSN and the correct CGST, SGST and IGST split, a GSTR-ready monthly summary, and Tally export for your accountant. Bills and payment reminders sent on WhatsApp — with you approving every single send.
Forecourt internet is worst exactly when the pump is busiest. Entries will queue on the device and sync the moment the connection returns, so a bad line never stops you taking an indent.
This is the order we are building in, not a schedule. We would rather show you the order honestly than promise dates we cannot keep.
